4. UNICEF published its 'Digital Health and Information Systems Annual Report 2023,' providing a comprehensive overview of the organization's global digital health initiatives.
Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) and the National Research Foundation Singapore (NRF) have formalized a partnership to advance healthcare and data science research with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU.) 5. Vietnam announced the expansion of its Electronic Health Record (EHR) System nationwide.
The Vietnamese government aims to accelerate its digital transformation in healthcare by expanding the implementation of its electronic health record (EHR) system across the country. Prime Minister and the Chair of the National Committee for Digital Transformation, Pham Minh Chinh, declared the expansion of the successful pilot of the government-developed EHR platform in Hanoi and Thua Thien-Hue province.
Since 2019, Vietnam has been digitizing around 32 million patient medical records in significant hospitals nationwide. 8. The United Kingdom government has asked for public opinion for its new '10 Year Health Plan,' focusing on modernizing NHS with digital health transformation.
