- A new report, ‘Going Digital for Noncommunicable Diseases: The Case for Action,’ by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), calls for increased investment in digital health. The report estimates an additional $0.24 per patient annually could prevent over 2 million deaths and 7 million acute events related to noncommunicable diseases by 2030. Read More
