Information on Applications to the Data Controller by the Data Subject
In the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, individuals defined as data subjects are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data as per Article 11 of the LPPD. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD, applications to our company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be made in writing or by other methods specified below.
In this context, "written" applications to our Company can be submitted as follows by taking the printout of the form below:
- In person by the Data Subject,
- By Notary Public,
- By being signed electronically with a "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law and sent to the Company's e-mail address.

Applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date the request reaches our Company in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to the data subject in writing or through electronic means in accordance with Article 13 of the LPPD.
It is essential to provide the requested information and documents completely and accurately in accordance with the nature of your request as stated in the application form below. If the requested information and documents are not provided correctly, investigations to be carried out by our Company in response to your request may be disrupted, and the thirty-day period will not commence in case of an incomplete application. In such cases, our Company reserves its legal rights. The application form below must be sent with the requested information and documents, which are essential for us to identify the "data subject" who made the application and to conduct the necessary investigations within our Company according to the nature of the request. In addition, your contact information in the application form is requested in order to obtain more detailed information about your application, inform you about our review processes, and communicate the results of your application to you.
