A Fresh Start for Future Success: Ilgaz Evaluation Camp 2024

We took our whole team out to Ilgaz for a few days. It wasn't just a trip but an opportunity for everyone to chat about the past year and figure out what's next. We discussed our excellent work, what needs more work and how we will improve things in 2024. Plus, we made enjoyable activities together outside of the usual office scene.

In the following discussions, our CEO, Adem Ali Yılmaz, outlined the strategic vision and objectives for the upcoming year, emphasizing the importance of innovation and market expansion. Our software team reviewed current projects and milestones, highlighting the progress and challenges ahead. The marketing and business development teams shared strategies for enhancing our brand presence and entering new markets. Also, the R&D department presented exciting new projects under development.

We filled our days with all sorts of activities. We hit the slopes at Ilgaz Yurduntepe Ski Center, chilled at the spa, had some great times in the evenings with music at Cem Sultan Bedesteni, played board games and lots of laughs. Additionally, we took a city tour, guided by local experts, exploring museums and soaking in the rich history and culture of the area. It was a perfect mix of getting some work done and having fun, which made everyone feel more like a team.

After returning from Ilgaz, our team feels more pumped and together than ever. We are ready to return to our projects with fresh ideas and a big energy boost.
